Dr Sharma explains that sound healing is a long but worthy process. The vibrations generated by a sound enter your brain through the nerves and are circulated to the whole body. Depending on the kind of vibrations you get, the body would respond whether positively or negatively. For example, high vibrations produced by rock music might irritate you but vibrations coming out of a musical instrument can be soothing. This is exactly how sound therapy works and can boost your mental health.

1. Mantras

If you think mantras are only for religious and spiritual practices, you are wrong. Mantras are associated with strong vibrations that have the power to impact your mind and body.
