Dr Rohilla said that massaging feet at night helps to “increase blood circulation, thereby maintaining good health.” She shared that it is often recommended for women who go through premenstrual syndrome (PMS) or someone who is experiencing menopausal symptoms.
Explaining why a foot massage is better at night, she said that a foot rub before sleep is highly recommended and not when the day starts as in the beginning of the day, you need energy. You finally decide to get a foot massage, but wondering which oil to use? Usually, coconut oil is highly preferred for any season or any skin type. The expert said that it has no harmful effects, is not too harsh on the skin or body and is easily available in the market.
